We are committed to providing training, advice, guidance and support to all our member centres. We have an accreditation process every three years for supported child contact centres and an enhanced accreditation process for supervised centres which is reviewed every three years.
NACCC Principles and National Standards for Child Contact Centres and Services
Standards have a number of important uses for child contact centres- Providing a framework for establishing and running new child contact centres
- Providing a basis for the safe, child centred and successful running of existing child contact centres
- Providing a basis for the successful induction and training of child contact centre volunteers and staff
