• Last year over fifteen thousand children used NACCC child contact centres, over half of which were under six years old.
• Nine thousand families attended over thirty thousand sessions, enabling eight thousand fathers, two thousand mothers, six hundred grandparents and over six hundred siblings to spend precious time with a son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter, brother or sister.
• The NACCC website attracted thirty nine thousand visitors during the year 65% of which were new visits to the site. Visitors came from 90 countries including the US, Canada, Jersey, Australia Romania and the Netherlands.
  

Volunteers and centre staff are crucial

• Amost five thousand volunteers and eight hundred staff worked in child contact centres and services during 2010-2011.
• It is estimated that volunteers give almost two hundred thousand hours of their time in a variety of different but very valuable ways.
